What to Expect During Your Appointment Each application session lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. We begin with a comprehensive pre-extension assessment to analyse how your horse moves. This ensures the extension flows naturally, remains comfortable, and allows for a completely seamless, invisible addition of length and volume. Preparation & Aftercare Made Easy Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email detailing exactly how to prepare for your session. This includes specific washing instructions to ensure the tail is perfectly prepped for application, as well as essential aftercare instructions to maintain the quality of the extension. Long-Lasting, Reusable Quality Our professional extensions last up to 6 months, depending on your horse’s natural tail growth rate. Because the attachments remain completely hidden, you won’t need a refitting until the hair grows down. When it is time for a refitting session, we reuse the high-quality hair from your initial fitting. If you wish to add even more fullness during your re-fitting appointment, extra hair can be added for an additional fee depending on your requirements. Booking & Travel Policies Please note that standard appointments booked through this page are for on-site tail extensions. If you would like us to travel to your yard, we happily accommodate off-site bookings under the following terms: Travel Surcharge: €30 per 50km from Kildare town. Minimum Booking: A minimum of 3 horses is required to facilitate a yard visit. Group Discounts: Special discounts are available for group bookings of 6 or more horses.
